Shall you wish to return the item(s) purchased due to quality or sizing issue, please DM us via Instagram within four (4) days of receiving your parcel and not after. 

Please note that all item(s) sold are non-refundable nor exchangeble except quality issue or size exchange.


Return for Size Exchange

i) Size Exchange can only be made one (1) time per transaction.

ii) Size Exchange is only open for exchange the same design as purchased but not limited to color selection.

iii) We do not accept return for exchange in the following circumstance: free size item(s), exchange of color, "not suit you" or "not look good on you". 

iv) Item(s) sold that returns for exchange in size are not refundable except the selected item has been sold out.


T&C for Size Exchange

i) Size exchanging does NOT applicable for clearance sales items and free size items.

Ii) Item that comes with several sizes are allowed for size exchange. (For eg item with Size XS, S, M and L)

iii) Returns item(s) must be in their original packaging and condition - unworn, unwashed, unscented and in it's original condition as you received it. Hertzire clothing tag and plastic bag must also be attached in its original condition as per received.

iv) For size exchanging, please kindly DM us within four (4) days of receiving parcel and courier to us within seven (7) working day (not including courier processing time). Any overdue will not be entertained. 

v) After the parcel has been shipped out, please kindly attach a copy of tracking no to us via Instagram. Once we received your item, we will immediately proceed and notify you regarding to your newest shipment status. 

vi) Please note that the two-way shipping fee will be borned at your side for size exchanging.

vii) Hertzire reserves the right to reject any returning item(s) if it doesn't comply with all the above mentioned criteria.


Guides on Returning Defective Item

i) Please kindly DM us a clear picture of the visible defective/imperfection part via Instagram.

ii) For returning of defective item, please kindly DM us within four (4) days of receiving parcel and courier to us within seven (7) working day (not including courier processing time). Any overdue will not be entertained. 

iii) After the parcel has been shipped out, please kindly attach a copy of tracking no to us via Instagram.

iv) Once we received your item, Hertzire will replace a perfect piece to you. However, if the selected item are running out of stock or not restockable we will only be able to refund to you. At the meantime, if your desired item are running out of stock and you wish to change to other design, you are always welcome to talk to us.

v) Please note that two-way shipping fee will be borned by Hertzire for returning a defective item.

vi) Returns item(s) must be in their original packaging and condition - unworn, unwashed, unscented and in its original condition as you received it. Hertzire clothing tag and plastic bag must also be attached in its original condition as per received.

vii) Hertzire Co reserves the right to reject any returning item(s) if it doesn't comply with all the above mentioned criteria.

尺码更换

i) 单笔交易仅支持一(1)次更换尺码服务

ii) 尺码更换仅支持同款商品的尺码更换,但不限于颜色的选择

iii) 以下情况均不支持退换:均码商品、更换颜色、该商品不适合您或该商品上身效果不如预期

iv) 已售商品仅接受退回换码,均不接受退回退款。除非该商品已售完或不补货,我们将安排退款给您。如果您想更换的商品尺码已无,并想更换其它款式,欢迎DM我们帮助您


尺码更换条款

i) 均码或清仓特价商品不支持尺码更换

ii) 仅支持具有尺码的商品更换(如:XS,S,M和L)

iii) 退回的商品需在原有的包装及状态 - 无磨损、无清洗、无气味且与您收到时的状态如一。商品标签与包装袋也须与原始状态一样并附上寄回

iv) 如需更换尺码,请在收到包裹后的四(4)天内联系我们,并在七(7)个工作日内发货给我们(不包含运输所需的时间),逾期均不受理

v) 包裹发出后,请通过Instagram将包裹状态追踪码发给我们。我们会在收到包裹后立即检查并向您更新发货后最新的包裹追踪码

vi) 请注意,尺码退换的来回运费将由您承担

vii) 若退回的物品不符合上述标准,Hertzire将保留拒绝退回该物品的权利


瑕疵品退换指南

i) 请通过Instagram向我们发送该商品瑕疵/不完美部分的图片或视频

ii) 如需退回瑕疵商品,请在收到包裹后的四(4)天内联系我们,并在七(7)个工作日内发货给我们(不包含运输所需的时间),逾期均不受理

iii) 包裹发出后,请通过Instagram将包裹状态追踪码发给我们

iv) 收到该包裹后,我们将为您补发。但是如果该商品已售完或无法补货我们只能给您安排退款。如果您想更换的商品已售完或无法补货,并想更换其它款式,欢迎DM我们帮助您

v) 请注意,退回瑕疵品的来回运费将由Hertzire承担

vi) 退回的商品需在原有的包装及状态 - 无磨损、无清洗、无气味且与您收到时的状态如一。商品标签与包装袋也须与原始状态一样并附上寄回
